We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking on this site. Our hosting systems may log your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the time of the request to keep the site running and investigate problems.

Booking a call

The calendar on our contact page is provided by Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com and Idea Foundry receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, time zone, chosen meeting time, and answers to booking questions.

We use those details to arrange the call, prepare for it, and follow up with you. Cal.com processes booking information as our scheduling provider. Its practices are described in the Cal.com privacy policy.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted ads. We share it only with providers needed to run this site and book calls, or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and meeting details for as long as they’re useful for replying to you, working with you, meeting legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Our providers may also keep information under their own policies and our account settings.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you gave us when booking. Email privacy@ideafoundry.dev and identify the meeting or email address involved. You can also contact Cal.com directly about information it controls.

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
