App development.
AI upskilling.

We’re a small team of senior engineers. We build apps and MVPs, fix projects that have stalled, and teach product and engineering teams how to use AI in their day-to-day work.

How we work

Work directly with the engineers.

The people on your calls are the people writing the code.
We work with your team or handle development from scratch.

  • A small team you know

You work with the same people as we plan, build, and release. We learn your product and keep that knowledge on the project.

  • We plan and build

We help choose what goes into the first release, explain the technical options, and write the code ourselves.

  • Direct communication

Ask the engineer working on your project. We’ll tell you what’s finished, what’s taking longer, and where we need your input.

  • Room to question the plan

If a feature adds cost without helping your users, we’ll say so. If there’s a simpler way to build it, we’ll explain it.

What we do

Build, fix, and teach.

We take ideas through their first release, improve existing software,
and help teams get useful work done with AI.

  • Build your first product

Turn an idea into an app people can use. We help define the MVP, choose the technology, and build and launch the first version.

  • Teach your team to use AI

Practice on your own product work: planning features, writing code, testing, reviewing changes, and documenting what you build.

  • Finish a vibe-coded project

Find out which parts of the code to keep, fix, or replace. We work through bugs, missing tests, and deployment problems to get it ready for users.

  • Cut unnecessary running costs

Review hosting, infrastructure, and slow code to find where money is going. Then make changes you can check against the bill.

  • Fix slow or unreliable software

Track down slow pages, failing requests, and recurring incidents. Fix the causes and add tests and monitoring to catch them earlier.

  • Review a rebuild or migration

Look at what you have before committing to a replacement. Get a written recommendation covering the options, costs, and risks.

Ways to work together

Project work and ongoing support.

We can start with a review, handle development, or work alongside your engineers. We’ll agree on the scope and price before we start.

  • MVP development
  • AI upskilling
  • AI-assisted project rescue
  1. Review and plan

We review your code, product plans, or use of AI. You get a written assessment with the main problems, recommended changes, and an order to tackle them in.

    Time and pricing

1–2 weeks · fixed scope and fee

  2. Full project

    Build and launch

We take responsibility for building your app, MVP, or next release. That includes deciding what to build, writing and testing the code, deployment, and handoff.

    Time and pricing

6-week minimum · priced by phase or week

  3. Join your team

Bring us into your existing team to build features, work through difficult technical problems, or coach people on using AI. We agree on how much time you need each week.

    Time and pricing

    2-month minimum · monthly pricing

The first call is free. Tell us what you’re building, your budget, and your timeline. We’ll help you choose where to start.

Getting started

From the first call to handoff.

Most projects can start within two to four weeks after we confirm the scope and our availability.

  1. First call

    Tell us about the project

We discuss what you want to build or fix, who it’s for, your budget, and your deadline. We’ll tell you whether we can help.

  2. Proposal

    Agree on the work

You get a proposal with the scope, price, responsibilities, and what counts as done. If we need to investigate first, we price that separately.

  3. Development

    Build and review together

We share the work as it develops. You can see progress, ask questions, and make decisions with the engineers building it.

  4. Handoff

    Get ready to run it

We walk your team through the code, setup, and documentation. We cover known issues and agree on any support you’ll need after launch.

Your project

When to hire us.

We work with founders, product leads, and engineering teams across industries. You can bring an idea, a prototype, or a product that’s already in use.

  • You have an idea and a budget

You want to build a first version without hiring a full engineering team. We’ll help decide what belongs in it and get it into users’ hands.

  • Your prototype needs to ship

The demo works, but bugs, missing features, or deployment problems are holding up launch. We can pick up the code and finish the job.

  • Your team wants help with AI

People are trying AI tools but aren’t sure what to trust or how to check the output. We teach and pair with them on their actual product work.

  • Bugs keep interrupting development

Your team spends too much time fixing the same problems. We investigate the causes and work through the code, tests, and infrastructure with you.

  • You need another experienced engineer

You have a capable team and more work than they can take on. We join the project, learn the codebase, and take responsibility for part of the build.

  • You’re considering a rebuild

Before committing months to replacing a system, you want another opinion. We compare repairing what you have with rebuilding or migrating it.

Questions

Before you book a call.

Details on pricing, timing, and what working with us involves.

Can we hire you before we have a product?

Yes. Building a first product is a big part of our work. You need a budget and time to make decisions with us. We can help define the first version, choose the technology, and build it; you don’t need a codebase or a detailed specification to start.

What will our team learn about AI?

We work with product and engineering teams on their own projects. That includes using AI to plan features, write code and tests, review changes, and prepare documentation. We pair with people, teach them how to check the output, and write down repeatable ways of working. A review takes 1–2 weeks; a program that combines training with project work usually takes 6–8 weeks.

Who will we work with?

The senior engineers doing the work join the project conversations too. You can ask them questions directly, review what they’re building, and discuss changes as they come up. If you already have a team, we work alongside them.

Can you fix an app we built with AI?

Yes. We review what works, what breaks, and what’s missing before recommending changes. That might mean fixing a few parts, adding tests, sorting out deployment, or replacing code that won’t hold up. The review helps us give you a realistic plan and price.

How long do projects take?

Reviews take 1–2 weeks. Development projects have a 6-week minimum, with many running 8–12 weeks. Joining an existing team starts with a 2-month commitment and an agreed number of hours each week. We usually start within two to four weeks after confirming scope and availability.

How do you price the work?

Reviews have a fixed scope and fee. We price development by project phase or by the week, and ongoing team support by the month. You’ll get a proposal with the price, what’s included, what we need from you, and how we’ll judge the work complete.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first call is 30 minutes. We’ll discuss the project and whether we’re a good fit. Code reviews, research, and detailed planning are paid work, with a scope and fee agreed in advance.

When are you not a good fit?

We need access to the people making product and technical decisions, plus time to understand the problem. We’re less suited to ticket-only staffing, projects chosen solely on the lowest hourly rate, or programs that need a large delivery team. Our focus is software development and AI training for product and engineering teams.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the code and documentation, walk your team through setup and maintenance, and explain any known issues. If you’ll need help after launch, we agree on that support before the project ends.

Tell us what you’re building.

Bring an idea, a project that’s stuck, or questions about using AI with your team. We’ll talk through it and tell you how we can help.
